1.  SEND YOUR PISTOL W/MAGAZINE TO:  Roger Perry 22957 Deep Branch Road Georgetown, DE  19947 via UPS overnight air saver or FEDEX.  
 

You, personally, can only ship a handgun via a contracted carrier.  Using UPS or FEDEX, it must go next day air.  Next day air saver is the “cheapest”.

If you have a dealer ship it to me, it can go through the US Mail priority mail using PS Form 1508.  This will save you a bunch of money.  Typically it only costs $15.00 to $20.00.  I will, in return, ship it back through the dealer.  He will handle it as a repair.  No ATF form 4473 to fill out.  Go to http://about.usps.com/forms/ps1508.pdf to download the form.

Feel free to use UPS or FEDEX, however, we use UPS exclusively to ship the weapon back to you.

2.  We will email you upon receipt and will complete all work within 45 days of receipt of your pistol.

3.  Our guarantee is plain and simple:

 I prefer to take that out of the equation.  You must ensure that you keep your pistol clean and LIGHTLY oiled, as some types of ammunition are very dirty.

4.  Our charge to you includes all parts, labor and shipment of your completed pistol back to you via UPS next day air saver or USPS priority mail.  Extra charges will apply for any other problems, some other bad part, etc, that  we encounter.  We will give you an estimate on any other work before we begin. Don't worry about paying for our services upfront.  We prefer to take care of that by you using your credit card for a secure transaction, prior to shipment.
